It’s good to be a Beckham! Expectant parents David and Victoria Beckham are renting a $27 million summer home complete with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
For the bargain price of $158,753, you too can rent the Malibu, Calif. 10,180 square feet single-family home. The sunny property is described by Trulia as: “Stunning, new architectural estate, constructed under strict green building standards, situated on 180 feet of bluff frontage overlooking Malibu’s widest premiere dry sand beach. Breathtaking ocean, island and sunset views. Gray whales hug the shore as they migrate around one of the West Coast’s great points.”

Seven bedrooms should be enough to house the Beckham’s growing brood. The couple has three kids already, Romeo, Brooklyn and Cruz, and Victoria is pregnant with their fourth child. At the beginning of May, pregnant Posh celebrated the impending birth of her little girl in style in Los Angeles, with the help of celebrity friends Selma Blair, who is also pregnant, Nicole Richie and Eva Longoria.
