Cheryl Cole has reportedly offered a break in America by Victoria Beckham after naked pictures of her husband were allegedly found on a glamour model's mobile phone. Posh has said the X Factor judge can stay at her LA mansion.

Ashley has said that the pictures, which were apparently on Sonia Wild's phone, were only there because he was careless when giving away an old unregistered mobile.

The footballer claimed that he was "larking about" on his own in a hotel room when he took the naked self portraits, says The Sun.

He added that he forgot to delete the photos before he gave the phone to a friend who then apparently passed it on.

The defender has undergone surgery for a broken ankle and was picked up from the hospital by Cheryl.

The newspaper claimed that the X Factor mentor appeared stony-faced as she sat in the front of the car.

A friend of Beckham's said: "Victoria just wants to make sure Cheryl is okay.

"The offer's there - and you can't get a more relaxing and private environment than Vic's LA home.

"If Cheryl needs some time to think and reflect, the Beckhams's is the place to go."
