Beckham Considered For American Idol

Victoria Beckham was "too busy" to be a judge on American Idol, her manager Simon Fuller has revealed.

The former Spice Girl - who was recently rumored to be replacing Dannii Minogue on Britain's X Factor - was considered for a role on the hit US show talent contest, but her other commitments got in the way.

"We didn't really think about her for the UK," Idol creator Fuller said. "It was more for here [America]. We toyed with the idea but she is just so busy with her fashion."

Fuller - who managed the star during her time with the Spice Girls - added that Beckham's latest fashion line was "even better" than her previous offerings.
