Mel C leaving Blood Brothers

Melanie Chisholm has announced that she will be leaving the cast of Blood Brothers.

The ex-Spice Girl will end her stint as Mrs Johnstone after her final performance on Sunday 24 April 2010.

Chisholm, better known as Mel C, has received much acclaim since taking over the role at the Playhouse Theatre in October 2009.
