OUR Children’s Champions Gala Awards night will be hosted by Minder star Shane Richie and former Spice Girl Emma Bunton.
They set the seal on a star line up that includes The Saturdays and The Sugababes.
Shane, one of Britain’s best-loved stars after playing Alfie Moon in EastEnders and now Archie Daley in Five’s Minder, told the News of the World: “It’s an absolute honour, pleasure and a privilege to be asked to present Children’s Champions.
“I’m really looking forward to a great night.”
Emma Bunton, now a successful TV presenter in her own right after co-hosting ITV’s For One Night Only, joining the Loose Women panel and appearances on X Factor, added: “As a mum I can’t help but be moved by the winners’ stories I’ve heard.
