The former Spice Girl looked a bit glum as she made her way past the paparazzi to her car, sporting a black jacket overtop a black dress with black heels and sunglasses.
Perhaps she’s still a bit tuckered out from her festivities last night, as Vic and hubby David Beckham enjoyed a swanky evening out at the My Sky HD Wears Fendi Cocktail Party.
Posh has been living it up in the Italian city for the past few days, as Milan Fashion Week has been raging on with fabulous parties and ravishing runway shows.
