Geri Halliwell is reportedly smitten with her new boyfriend, Italian yacht tycoon Fabrizio Politi.

Geri and Fabrizio were first publicly linked last week after they were spotted enjoying a romantic dinner together in Paris but are believed to have been dating for around a month after meeting at the opening of a club in Firenze, Italy.

A source told the Sun: “It’s definitely the real deal. They’ve really hit it off. They spent as much time as possible with each other over Christmas and the New Year.

“Geri can’t believe how well they get on. Fabrizio is great with her daughter.”

Last year the Spice Girl, who has a two year old daughter from her relationship with Sacha Gervasi, dated a dancer from the girl group’s reunion tour, Ivan ‘Flipz’ Velez and was also briefly linked to nightclub owner Nick House.
