Mel B: the new judge on X Factor?
Spice Girls star Mel B has refused to confirm whether or not she will taking a place on the judging panel on this year’s series of The X Factor.
The singer is rumoured to be taking over from Australian judge, Dannii Minogue, whose position on the show has been reportedly under threat for some time.
However, Mel is acting more than a little coy over the rumours, saying it is “something I can’t talk about”.
Speaking to Hello, the singer, who didn’t deny the possibility of becoming a judge on The X Factor, said: “That's funny! Who knows what's going to happen? We'll see. That's something I can't talk about."
She added: "I think the show's great. I've seen Simon (Cowell) a few times. I think he's an amazing businessman. And I've met Cheryl (Cole) a few times. She's a really lovely lady."
Meanwhile, it was revealed today that Mel is hosting the Oxygen show Dance Your Ass Off! which starts this summer.
