Farewell Britain: Mel B wants to move to LA permanently
Former Spice Girl Mel B has bought a family home in the San Fernando valley, Los Angeles, and plans to leave Britain to live there permanently.
She paid £1.75million for the gated mansion which comes with pool, a yoga studio and guest house.
Fortunately, it also has five bedrooms since the singer, left, and her music producer husband Stephen Belafonte are hoping to add to their family with some brothers and sisters for Mel's two children, Phoenix Chi, ten, and two-year-old Angel.
'I want more children. We have always said that. I don't just want one more child, I want lots more, at least two. I'm ready for that,' she says.
Mel, 35, still plans to visit the UK for work, although she is unlikely to stay in Leeds, where she was brought up, after she said she was shocked by the deprivation she witnessed there during the filming of the ITV documentary Seven Days On The Breadline, which aired last month.
