Spice Girls the musical coming to a theatre near you!
Ginger Spice, Geri Halliwell, is said to be behind the idea and is to be the executive producer of the stage show to be called Viva Forever.
According to reports, the title of the show has been chosen, script written and a launch date set.
The first performance is earmarked for November 5 next year, according to The Sun.
The play, which will hopefully make it as far a Broadway, will cover the journey to superstardom of Ginger, Sporty, Scary, Baby and Posh.
The project is said to be the brainchild of the group's manager Simon Fuller, with his brother Kim Fuller writing the script for the show.
Kim was responsible for the screen play of the group's 1997 film Spice World.
The musical is set to feature 14 of the group's biggest hits.
