THREE people held over alleged thefts from David and Victoria Beckham's Sawbridgeworth mansion have had their bail extended.
Police inquiries into the case are continuing and the trio must now report back to police on December 13.
Housekeepers Eric and June Emmett, who have worked for the Beckhams for about 10 years, were arrested at their home in Nazeing in mid October. Their 25-year-old son Gareth was also detained.
According to reports in the national press, the police were called in when former Spice Girl Victoria's parents, Tony and Jackie Adams, who live in Goffs Oak, saw memorabilia, including designer clothes and football boots, on eBay.
Mr Emmett, however, told reporters that it was "fabricated nonsense". "Ninety nine per cent of it is totally untrue," he added.
In October all three were released on police bail in connection with the alleged theft from Rowneybury House - dubbed Beckingham Palace - in Harlow Road and the sale of items on eBay.
A Herts Constabulary spokeswoman said in October: "A 56-year-old woman and a 55-year-old man who are both from Essex were arrested. A 25-year-old man from Essex was arrested. They have all been bailed to return to a police station on November 22.
"At this time investigations continue into the circumstances of this theft, however, some property of interest has been recovered."
