Geri Halliwell may have been celebrating her 39th birthday, but she stepped out in a dress more suited to a teenager.

The former Spice Girl stepped out in a LBD, complete with a purple clutch bag and chains hanging from her belt.

While Ginger deserves to show off her body for working extremely hard in the gym, there was an air of dressing younger than her years.

Despite spending her early years in the spotlight yo-yo dieting and suffering from bulimia, Geri's weight seems to have finally settled.

The slender star looked petite, but also healthy, as she partied at Annabel's Club in London with a group of female friends.

The mum-of-one slightly overdid the blusher, generously applying the bronzer to create the illusion of rosy cheeks.

But while she welcomed in the final year of her thirties, there were a few special people missing from the guestlist.

Notably absent was boyfriend Henry Beckwith, who Geri has been dating since 2009.

Perhaps he was advised to stay at the home so the ladies could get up to mischief, but the girlie night out was also missing a touch of Spice.

Mel B is currently on her quest to take over Hollywood, while Victoria Beckham and Emma Bunton are both new parents to Harper and Tate.

While Mel C has been keeping a relatively low profile recently, she lives not very conveniently close by in Welsh town Chepstow, Monmouthshire.
