Success for Sporty

Melanie was ecstatic yesterday after competing in her first ever Triathlon. Melanie well and truly lived up to her 'Sporty Spice' nametag by coming first in the Female Individual Virgin Active VIP Sprint with a fantastic time of 01:34:05! Out of all the female competitors in the Sprint, Melanie came a very, very respectable 58 out of 562. Not bad eh? Seems Melanie has caught the Triathlon bug and is already considering signing up for next year already...

Sadly for Melanie there was no time for rest and recovery, she has been busy today filming her appearance for Tonight's The Night which you can catch on BBC1 Saturday 6th August at 6:40PM UK Time.
