'Inspirational businesswoman' Victoria Beckham hotfoots it to high-powered meetings in New York
She has transformed herself from popstar, to WAG, to critically acclaimed designer in the last decade. And with every transformation, her style has changed along with it.
Victoria Beckham certainly looked the part in a chic, understated outfit yesterday in New York.
The designer has just been named amongst some of the world's most respected men and women on a list of the most inspirational businesspeople.

Dressed in a simple hunter green shift dress by Goat and square-toed heels, the 36-year-old looked confident as she arrived for business meetings.
Her stylish attire in recent years is a stark difference from her midriff-baring tops and ultra short dresses from her Spice Girl days, and her highlights, orange tan and Roberto Cavalli gowns she sported as 'head WAG'.
Mrs Beckham is in New York to work on her new collections after successfully launching her new line of handbags in London last week.

According to a new poll, the mother-of-three has ranked among high-powered names like Oprah Winfrey, J.K. Rowling, Simon Cowell, Richard Branson and her friend Gordon Ramsay in a list of the business people who most inspire Brits to become their own boss.
She beat out the US First Lady Michelle Obama in the list, reported in the Evening Standard this week, of top business women to rank sixth, just behind Oprah Winfrey.
Victoria recently spoke about her excitement over dressing the billionaire TV host.
Last month Winfrey wore a design from Beckham's latest collection, prompting the designer to tweet enthusiastically: 'A dream come true! Oprah wore Victoria Beckham! She looked beautiful! Absolutely stunning!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!'

It is a month of accolades for the wife of footballer David, as she also landed a mention in a list of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Britain by The Telegraph.
Despite having her business hat on this week, Victoria has managed to find time for some shopping. She stopped by Barney's and Ralph Lauren Polo earlier in the week.
Her sightseeing has been limited to catching glimpses through her chauffeured car window though.
The LA-based Brit snapped a picture of a typical New York autumn scene from her car and uploaded it to Twitter yesterday, writing, 'New York is beautiful!'
