Dermot O'Leary has revealed that Victoria Beckham gave him advice on how to beat insomnia.
The X Factor host admitted that the former Spice Girl gave him an Ambien sleeping pill on a flight to Los Angeles.
He told the News of the World: "Victoria gave me these amazing sleeping pills. They are brilliant, I love them. They just wipe you out.
"The next morning, I mentioned something we had been talking about and she said, 'Did I tell you that?'" He added that the experience was the "best night of his life".
Speaking of his chances of hosting the US version of The X Factor, the presenter added that Simon Cowell won't take two Brits onto the show, saying: "I would love to present it. If I'm up against Cheryl I'm f**ked. She's an international star now."
