Victoria Beckham apparently got tearful after failing to see her husband David at Heathrow airport yesterday.

The couple, who have been apart for the past week, were unable to hook up because they were catching planes from different terminals.

Victoria, 35, was flying to Moscow for a fashion launch while David, 34, was jetting back to their LA home.

She had to make-do with calling him on his phone to have a chat.

‘It was upsetting for them both,' a source tells The Sun.

‘Victoria burst into tears when she realised they wouldn't even be able to say "hi" at the airport.

‘This is the life they lead - their jobs mean they have to travel all over the world at short notice.'

Victoria will be reunited with David when she flies home on Friday.
