Mel C "excited" by Spice Girls musical

Mel C has admitted that she is "excited" about the new Spice Girls musical.

The singer told the Daily Star that she is looking forward to working on the show with the rest of the group.

"Whenever we're all in town, we always meet up, and we're going to be spending loads of time together when we start working on the musical," she said.

"We're all really excited. We want it to be a fictional story but there'll be loads of our anecdotes too."

Mel B has also recently revealed that she is thrilled about the project.
