Mel B (aka Melanie Brown) upstaged everyone at Wednesday’s AFI Fest screening of ‘ The Bad Lieutenant: Port Of Call New Orleans’.
Showing up in the above extra short dress that looked like a top, Brown gave fellow red carpet diva Eva Mendes a run for her money. Infact, the black satin outfit appeared to be too short with onlookers wondering if she forgot her shorts or a pair of pants.
