Emma Bunton, Amanda Holden, Peaches Geldof and a host of TV celebrities braved the cold at the Children's Champions Awards in London.
Dancing On Ice's Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, Nicky Slater, Roxanne Pallett, Melinda Messenger, and Michael Underwood joined stars from The Bill, Coronation Street, Britain's Got Talent and The X Factor - including former finalist Rhydian Roberts.
Baby Spice, who wowed in a vintage black dress and a lacy wrap, hosted the star-studded ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel with Shane Richie.
"It's a bit chilly tonight. I have been (involved) for the last couple of years and I've been a judge for the last two years and just to read the stories and to be here and actually meet these people, you know especially after having a child.
"I know that I will be crying tonight so I do have waterproof mascara on. It's just one of those nights that I feel is one of the most important nights to celebrate these people that have done such wonderful things."
Amanda, who glittered in gold, added: "We should remember it's a happy occasion, we're acknowledging people who have done fantastic things and brave things.
"A lot of the stories are sad - they're about courage, they're about optimism and they're about taking great steps in a world that kind of doesn't help so many people so often any more."
:: The Children's Champions Awards will be shown on Sunday March 8 on Sky1 and Sky1 HD.
