LA Spice Mel B shows off new fit body

After recently saying that she wouldn't return to live back in Britain, Mel B is now showing us why.

The ex-Spice Girl looked spectacular this morning as she appeared on GMTV via satellite.

Looking toned and in shape, she spoke about her life in LA, six-years after first moving to the sunshine state.

And it is just as well that she had her wash-board body on display as she was on set of her new fitness video.

"I like being healthy. I like working out. I like eating healthy. I like cooking," She said.

The 34-year-old pumped her muscles as she showed viewers how they could get a body like hers.

Speaking of her life in Los Angles, Mel said: "I love living in LA. I like visiting England a lot but I can't take the weather. And my kids are settled here. It's a very, very easy way of living I think."
